Exchanges and Refunds
All items shipped in The Tee Box are part of a subscription and therefore cannot be individually returned. In the event that an item is broken, defective, or otherwise inoperable it may be returned in exchange for a replacement. You will have 14 days from the day you received your shipment to initiate a product replacement. The replacement will be shipped directly from the course. Some items, however, may no longer be available through the course, in that event you may receive a similar item to the one you are requesting replacement for.

Membership Cancellations
Memberships can be cancelled at any time through the members portal or by clicking here.
The members portal is the only way to cancel your membership. Any cancellation requests made via email, phone, or contact forms will not be considered and do not accomplish your cancellation requests.
