The Tee Box is a monthly curated subscription service providing apparel and accessories from different golf courses across the country. Our curation team works with the course pro to deliver you quality gear and detailed descriptions of the course. Our goal is to introduce new courses to you and help you prepare to play and plan your trip. The items are delivered to your door on a monthly basis, and you will have access to our mobile site where you can learn about each course. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to outline our practices regarding the personal information we may obtain from you in the course of our business dealings and how we protect that data. This Privacy policy covers any and all data obtained through our website located at “The-TeeBox.com”, through our mobile app, or our customer service line in correlation to your account.

When you sign up with us, we will ask for information including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, phone number, username, and password. Through the course of conducting business together we may obtain additional information as needed. We will also keep a record of all correspondence should you call or email the customer service department in an effort to provide you continued customer service.
When you send or submit content (text, photographs, comments, messages, videos, or any other content) via “Contact Us”, message features, or email communications, the information and media will be kept on our servers and linked directly to your account. All content and information are considered public and may be seen by other members on the server. We reserve the right to utilize said content in any marketing and training materials as deemed necessary. Messages may also be used for coaching employees on proper customer service.
We use WooCommerce to process all payments, to include reoccurring subscription payments. Any payment information as well as required information to process payments will be protected by this Privacy Policy.
When the information we request is reasonably capable of identifying you or could potentially be linked, directly or indirectly, to you or your household it is considered “Personal information” and is covered by the entirety of this Privacy Policy.

Message frequency varies and can be cancelled at any time by responding ‘STOP’ to any of the messages or within your account settings. You are responsible for any fees assessed by your cell phone provider as well as maintaining an active line to receive messages. The Tee Box is not liable for any fees charged as a result of marketing messages.

We will not send any content to your contacts unless otherwise instructed to do so by you.

California Privacy Rights
Shine the Light Disclosure.
The California “Shine the Light” law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Any information we collect from minors over the age of 13 are protected by this privacy policy and we do not “sell” that information as defined under the CCPA.

We use reasonable security measures to ensure the security of your Personal Information. However, there is no guaranteed security for electronic data transmission or storage. Please note that we cannot warrant or ensure the security of any information you share with The Tee Box. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We maintain the right to alter this privacy policy and the ways in which we use your Personal Information. We will also post the notice of change on our services as well as change the “Last Updated” date located on the top of this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be effective thirty (30) days from the send date on the email or thirty (30) days following the posting of the upcoming changes notice to our site and the “last updated” date on this policy.
